The Challenge
A hyperscaler needed a new EMEA region for AI capacity but faced power constraints in its preferred metros.

Our Approach
Using the Hyperscaler Location Assessment Model and Power Availability Framework, we evaluated six metros on scalability, latency and deliverable megawatts.

The Outcome
We identified a secondary metro with firm power and contiguous land that met latency targets, unlocking a multi hundred MW runway.
